Peter Kremer is a single parent of 2 young ladies. He Swam competitive as youth for 12 years and then started coaching for 7 years.
Peter has his Swim/Fitness Education & Certification and is a NCCP Level 1 coach and is currently working on Level 2. His coaching experience spans several years with his early years on the east coast where he served as Assistant Coach for John Abbott college for 1 year and Assistant Coach for The Beaconsfield swim team for 6 years. After moving out west he began working with the disability community where he spent 3 years as Assistant Coach for the Spirit Orcas Open Water Swim Club and Special Olympics and later 3 years as the Tyee/Pacific Coast Swim Club PARA and age group coach.
More recently Peter has worked with the disability community as a swim coach. I have learned and applied technics to the disabled swimmers with the newest bio engineering techniques approved by FINA swimming. This was learned by my brother Eric Kramer (Canadian PARA National coach for Tokyo Olympics).
Swim Experience
• He was a member of the Quebec team 4 years and the Canadian nation team 3 years.
• World junior champion (high point trophy winner 1984 & 85)
• He broke 8 Canadian records, and 22 Quebec records.
• Masters Swimmer 15 years
• Youth swimmer, Pointe Claire Swim Club, Montreal, 12 years
